How do I authorise someone to access my account?

Information on transferring an account to another individual or business.

If you're the account holder or "Legal Lessee" you can appoint one or more authorised representatives to act on your behalf. Various levels of access can be provided depending on employee requirements and authority.

You can add or remove an authorised person by:

  • Email: [email protected] and put "Update Representatives" in the subject line. The additional requirements are as follows:

    • Request must be made on a company letter head.

    • Email must originate from company email address.

  • Contact your Account Manager

Can I transfer ownership of my business account?

Yes you can transfer ownership of your business account, along with its services to another individual or business. Please contact your Account Manager for further information on this process.
