How do I make a payment?

Pay by AutoPay

AutoPay is where you set up automatic monthly payments using your nominated credit or debit card when you sign up. When paying via AutoPay we will not charge you any payment processing or late payment fees.

What happens if my AutoPay payment fails?

If you receive a notification that your AutoPay payment has failed, we will make 1x further attempt to recover the funds 24 hours following the failed transaction. If the second payment fails you will receive a further notification after which we will no longer attempt to capture funds from your card and you will need to make a one-off payment via bank transfer using the details on your latest account statement.

Pay with Direct Debit

To setup a direct debit please head to this link. This will assist you in avoiding any late payment fees for missed payments.

Manual Transfer

You may pay an invoice by electing to manually transfer funds from your bank account to hours by entering our direct credit information that is displayed on the bottom of your latest invoice.

Pay over the phone

Call 0800 854 562 to reach a support rep and use your debit or credit card to pay your account - a payment processing fee of $2 excl GST will apply.
